I have seen a few people on youtube channels do this and as I haven't really done the youtube thing yet, well i have done a little thing but not much. Here is my youtube channel. I might try at some point tho. You can Subsribe and I will put things up x 

So here are my Five Favourite Things 

Fav food 

I know this is not healthy but I love them, always have. I remember my mum and stepdad getting these when I was younger and they still taste just as good :-)
PS. Tesco have them now :-)

Fav bit of clothing 

Ok my best bit of clothing for April is this cute dress from Primark; I got it for £13.00 for a wedding. I like the way the fabric feels on my skin and I could wear this in the summer. What a bargain this is.

Fav thing that happened in April 

It may sound crazy but it's getting the front garden done. I have wanted to get it done for a while now, we just had to save up the money for it. Oh and my sister's (Mrs soon-to-be Flack) baby shower was a close second.

Fav TV

It has to be Revenge on E4; it's a great drama and keeps you guessing. If you like tv dramas that have a twist and lots of mysteriousness, then you should watch it. And all the characters are very good looking!

Fav shoes

 I love these shoes, all glittery... I call them my party shoes!

Hallway well on the way

So this year we wanted to get the hallway and landing sorted out and we have started it. It's only day one and we have got all the wallpaper off the hallway and landing. As you can see the wallpaper was stuck in the 70's and i hated it, but just grew to live with it for 5 years.

Under the stairs was bricked in so we knocked it down, to have storage under it, like the hoover, shoes and other bits and bobs. It will make a lot of difference for us as it will free up the other spaces in the house. As you can see it's a nice size space.

The thing with the hallway is that it gets dark so we wanted to lighten it up somehow. So we took down the board and found it like this at the moment. We're not sure what we want to do with it - whether we'll put the board back up or not.

So this is how it ended after day one.

I Need a Monday Tree.

I need a money tree

We all need money to live, but we need more and more money to live as time goes on. I started writing this post on 12th March and we had £77.25 to last us as until the 29th March. We were due to go into out overdraft, oh dear.

I looked into what we have to spend each month on essentials (from the gas to food shopping etc.) and it works out at £1,884.59! That's without Little Miss P's dancing lessons at £16.00 a mth and drama lessons at £20 a mth. So that makes it up to £1,920.59. Once we've paid for petrol and put a little bit into savings, it doesn't leave that much from what we earn. We end up with about £100 or so left at the end of the mth. I don't know if that's good bad or not, but we don't seem to have much money left over.

From the 12th April I will write down what I spend to see what i actally spend my money on.

Update on 2013

2013 update

So far 2013, what can i say about it. Not much has happpened really, well not much at all. Little Miss P is still doing well at school, I am still making a bit of money from ebay, Mr P is still working hard on his job & Becontree Brass Band and his other music bits. So last month I didn't see him that much. That's all that's really happened. I think that this year is going to be very boring. So i'll have to make it a little but fun somehow x

Oh and we started to do up the hallway and landing... woohoo!
