Disneyland Paris at Christmas

Christmas 2012 at Disneyland Paris

Sorry it's a bit late but I haven't had a lot of time to do this blog post.

We decided only a month before that we would spend Christmas over in Disneyland Paris - just jump in the car and go. And so we did; we stayed  in the Hotel Cheyenne, as it was one of cheapest Disney hotels, the other cheap one was Hotel Santa Fe, but we wanted to feel like that we were in the Wild West theme. I would still love to stay in the main Disneyland hotel.

We started off the night before by driving to Dover and stayed in the Premier Inn so we could catch the early ferry and make it to Disney by about 1pm that day, which we did. The first thing we did was try and find a car park space in the hotel but we had to drive round it about 3 times to find a space. I don't want to know what the car park is like in the summer time.

Once we had our keys and park tickets we went to the parks to have some fun, even tho Little Miss P had a stinking cold, she tried her best to be happy and not let it get to her. We went straight to Fantasyland to find Dumbo the Flying Elephant and It's a Small World. We ended up going on It's a Small World about 5 times in total!

We asked Little Miss P who she wanted to meet in Disney and she picked Belle.

As you can see from the photo she could not believe that she got to meet her and have her photo taken with her. She had a big smile on her face for the rest of the day.

On the same day we met Cinderella in the Royal Pavillion - it was a 2 hour wait so next time i think we'll just wait until we see them around the park.

On Xmas Eve when went to see the Buffalo Bill's Wild West show I loved it and so did Mr P, but Little Miss P not so much. She got a bit scared of the guns going off. She loved it when we were banging our kinves and forks on the table and clapping. Our group won, woohoo! We were in the Yellow star team, but I didn't take many photos of it as i was having too much fun watching the show.

This was one of the only photos i took from Buffalo Bill's

The rest of the days we filled up on the rides and little bits of food, even on Christmas day... that was a little bit wierd. So here are some more photos from Disney for you...

I will be doing two more posts about Disney soon; one of them about the Disney café where we had  lunch and the other about Disney Dreams. So keep an eye out for them.

Love
Mrs P
